Fair Tax, Flat Tax or No Tax: You Decide.

The Fair Tax and Flat Tax continue to fuel Big Government waste, fraud, duplicity and mismanagement. I am only going to give a short reasoning as to why No Federal Income Tax is the way to go.

I really like Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution. This makes the cost of taxes necessary to run the Federal Government payable by the States in proportion to the number of their Federal Representatives. The way this would work is to divide the cost by 435. If it cost $435 Billion to run the Federal Government then California would pay $53 Billion, Texas would pay $32 Billion and NY would pay $29 Billion. Alaska, North Dakota and Vermont would pay $1 Billion each. This makes CA, TX and NY pay for the benefits they receive from having millions of Illegal Immigrants counted in the Census to bolster their Representative Power. This and the abolition of the 16th and 17th Amendments would have Politicians fighting each others wasteful spending instead of being in cahoots with each other supporting pork projects.

The Federal Government has the Constitutional powers to lay Duty (Tax on Imports) to fund a majority of Governmental operations. This would allow Congress to pay off our National Debt obligations to the countries (Japan-$586 Billion, China-$400 Billion, Saudi Arabia/OPEC-$125 Billion) it has borrowed from with their own money.

Remember: Politicians work for the People, not Vise-Versa.
